Moldova EOR Services

Expanding into Eastern Europe’s Emerging Market

Moldova, located between Romania and Ukraine, offers a growing business environment with competitive labour costs and a young, educated workforce. Its strategic position between the European Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) makes it an appealing location for international companies seeking to expand in Eastern Europe.

However, navigating Moldova’s employment regulations, tax systems, and administrative procedures can be complex for foreign employers. Partnering with Gibson Watts Global as your Employer of Record (EOR) in Moldova simplifies hiring and compliance. We manage payroll, employee contracts, and local reporting, ensuring your business remains fully compliant while focusing on growth and operations.
